Thanks for the link to that article -- it expresses many of my concerns about McCain's statement, too. Palin hasn't had to teach her son to crawl or use the toilet yet, let alone to navigate the challenges of school, social struggles, and (eek!) puberty. So, "better than anyone else"? Um, not yet.
