I checked on facebook to see how she's doing and there are lots of messages on her wall congratulating her on her beautiful daughter Isabell. I'm guessing she had the baby? Has anyone heard anything? I'm hoping that everyone is doing well. . . .

Facebook has sapped my blogging energy!

At any rate, the History Detectives episode that I'm in will air tonight on PBS at 9. It will be available online by tomorrow. I'm a bit nervous--I half don't want to see what it looks like. I pray to god none of you people have high-definition t.v.s. My wrinkles will look like the Grand Canyon, I fear.

LG's first school play! And like other Broadway stars, he has 2 performances in a day--one at 10 am and then again at 7. And from what I've glimpsed at rehearsals, it is quite the extravaganza, featuring elves singing about clean underwear, and 5th grade belly dancers ( Read more... )

Last night it enabled a (quick) conversation between me, Mr. C's two college friends, Mr C.'s sister, Lizzy, a woman whose blog I read, and my meditation teacher!

Now that just could not have happened before. And in the process, I was led to an excellent blog entry on Joss Whedon's new show as seen through the lens of Buddhist philosophy. Heaven!
