I thought about writing about karaoke, but my "Crazy" song was Patsy Cline. :)

For me it's not singing sober that's the problem, it's being sober around all the drunk people. :)

I love EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU AND THIS ENTRY. I clicked on it because I loved your user name, your XKCD Hat Man icon, and the fact that you labelled it "Song For The Asking". I LOVE Billy Joel, I also do not drink for much the same reason (it started out that way and has now turned into sheer lack of interest after watching several friends go through the exciting phases of vaguely tipsy, insanely happy, muttering in the corner, and barfing all over themselves), and I too karaoke sober.

You may be wrong, for all I know, but you may be right. <3

Karaoke is a scary, scary thing to me. But I also can't sing, so I applaud you for doing something I wouldn't do personally. Also, I hear you on the not drinking -- I don't drink much, either, for similar reasons. :)
