Oh, wow. This is very intense, and I really like the relationship you have going on here. Some of your Gene-dialogue is better than anything Matt ever wrote!

I'm really looking forward to seeing where this goes.

btw, just a small pick. As a Brit who was around in 1973 I've never heard of Orval Faubus or the NAACP, and Gene won't have either. Perhaps he could say Mary Whitehouse was more likely to have Peter Tatchell round for tea.

Child of the 90s, I don't have a clue :') I'll change it to your suggestion, sounds much more sensible :3

You pick a very unusual and specific point where you show your men's exuberant aspects.
