It had been easier than Axl thought to get ahold of some of the extra weapons they kept in stock around the bass-- for this world, they were standard issue, but he had no idea what the arsenals of other worlds looked like. His own handguns were tucked away for whenever he would need them, although he figured there was no chance he'd need them that

As many times as she had screwed up in the past, Yuffie still knew how to get around security. Her trusted shuriken was strapped to her back, materia stash tucked safely away. Axl seemed like an interesting enough guy; he did stand up against that Shinra bastard, after all.

So Yuffie scurried around in the dark, trying to find that weird kid with the dorky helmet.

When he was in his own form, Axl wasn't exactly a master of stealth-- given the soft blue glow of the gems on his chest and head, he'd be a fairly easy thing to spot in the dark.

But Yuffie had no such lights to mark her, so there was a chance that Axl, leaning with his back against the wall, could be taken by surprise. If she felt like messing with him, that is.

"Heh. Bingo..."

Sneaking up to him, Yuffie didn't startle Axl just yet. Instead, she looked around for his pockets and then started checking to see what was inside of them. Just in case the transaction didn't work out initially.

Axl didn't have any pockets; his body armor was built into him and streamlined, although his handguns were hidden on his person in hammerspace.
