"This is The Man. He is the true son of Hal Foster." - Ray Bradbury, about me. Foster was the creator of PRINCE VALIANT, and from childhood on, Ray's favorite writer/illustrator. Not even the banality of my 8th grade English class could render Farenheit 451 banal and trite.

How lucky you were to have not only met him, but to have had his friendship and regard, and you have my deepest sympathy.

91 years was not enough.

I have never met my favortie author but my wife did in 1977 when her brother was running a SCI-FI/Fantasy Convention in Tucson and Bradbury was there. Your words and those of the others are true and heartwarming. Thank you
