Daniel Boys - first American performance

So last night, azewewish and I went to see Daniel Boys perform for the first time on American soil. It was a fun night that felt like a culmination of something.

Daniel! He was my favorite and I'm so glad things have been going well for him since the show. It was just obvious from the beginning that Webber didn't like him and he was Lee's (the ultimate winner) biggest rival so they got rid of him early. It wasn't fair but luckily things worked out well for him. He sounds like a wonderful guy and I'm happy you had such a great experience meeting him :-)

I hope we get more opportunities to see him in the States. I agree with you, he was such a favorite on ADWD!

Although I'm surprised you didn't mention the blond twink comment. *g*

Had SUCH a good time last night, man. I really hope he comes back to the States soon for more shows.

Nah, dude, I thought it was pretty funny. And Daniel seemed to be amused by it (if slightly scandalized, as well. *g*)

Oh, I am SO jealous! Glad that you guys had a great time. He sounds very sweet, and I would love to hear him in person some day. Yay!

He was as delightful as I had hoped he would be, both vocally and in his interaction with us. I thought of you as we were listening that night!
