Comic Con has been nice and rather mellow so far this year. There aren't any panels I'm rabid about (except the Torchwood one tomorrow), so it's been lovely to just absorb the Con experience in a more leisurely way ( Read more... )

I'm bleeding internally after watching Children of the Earth. I hope you bring back something to soothe my soul. Was there no other way?

I am, too. The panel tomorrow should be nuts. But this weekend has been lovely, because I've chatted with Naoko and with JOhn multiple times, and just talking with them about what else is going on with them has been quite therapeutic. They both said they were going to be at the screening of episode 5 tonight (the line was insane, so we left - John couldn't believe it when we told him how long people had =been lining up just to watch a screening of an episode that already has aired), so I imagine that the screening was especially touching.

I don't think you would have been soothed much after the Torchwood panel - Russell T. Davies was an ass. However, John had nice things to say about shooting with Gareth on his last day. You should watch the panel on youtube.

Did you make it into CoE and Planet of the Dead? I left about CoE because I haven't sadly gotten some con crud and need sleep.

Almost, I think. I might be getting some more AirBorne to make sure, but that's easy.
