Decided to name the site Nihongo Manabu instead of Nihon Manabu... I think that'll show up better on the search engines too... and would be a more appropriate name for the site. I'll use wordpress.org, we need to find a hosting service and pay monthly fees for it, but then it's flexible. Currently there are too many restrictions on wordpress.com. Yes those two are two different things. It's confusing but it's different.

LJ is too limited, audience too small. I want to reach out to the world, and hopefully make some money from it, you can't do it here at lj hahaha.
