I started popping my collar about a month before it hit mainstreamity and stopped immediately. ::rolls eyes:: In a James Dean/Greaser kind of style, I actually like the popped collar look on certain shirts (like certain lounge shirts & jackets, not polo shirts) -- but it's become part of the preppy manifesto and therefore kills any classic Cool association... for now. Fashions come & go, and when that has gone I may start popping my collars, we'll see.
