Another story DONE! SGA NaNo story number two (a little jumper crash story, because I can never get enough of jumper crash stories) clocked in right around 8,500 words. I want to let it sit for a few days at the very least, and maybe get a bit ahead on my NaNo time schedule, before I go back and re-read/edit it. Obviously, it's not going to be ( Read more... )

News like this makes me want to throw my muse out on his six.............
I'm afraid he's heading down the track again same time same station as last year.
He rolled out of here about mid November and did not show up again till mid January

Ooooh! I am very excited to read all this. I love jumper crash stories. "Breathing Like a Drowning Man" is an intriguing title. Nano is going along very well for you.

I just love jumper crash stories. That one came to me in chunks of team conversation while I was trying to fall asleep a few nights ago. Luckily, I still remembered enough of it when I started writing that the story came pretty easily.

This second story is almost writing itself. This doesn't happen to me very often. I wish writing was always this easy! I predict I will be done with it by Sunday and then I really need to tackle that longer story. That one should keep me occupied for more than a few days at a time.

Same place as always - right here at my LJ. My focus right now is on the first drafts of these stories, so it will be a few days to a few weeks before I edit and get them posted.
