Well, I'm not sure about the stuff here, but I know that the Moomoo Milk back home is pretty nutritious? It even helps injured Pokémon recover their strength.

Ya can't trust the milk 'round here, man. Stuff's poisoned. Least the stuff the Milkman leaves is. I don't really get that myself.
