For this round of anime20in20, I tried a bunch of new things. I was very inspired by the nominations over at animatethebest, plus I'm pretty comfortable with Howl's Moving Castle artwork, so it's somehow easier to go crazy with it.

Well, for totally forgetting about making these icons until the day before, putting these icons together was a lot of fun! I expirimented with some different styles and textures than usual for some of them. It feels awesome to do something purely creative, so I think staying up until 4:30am was worth it XD

anime20in20 is celebrating it's 4th anniversary! I am so excited to see the community back in action... even if it's just for a short time. I would highly suggest checking out the other amazing sets that the other participants pulled together too, as part of the celebration!

This final set for anime20in20 was a long farewell party for me while I was making the icons. In honor of the many rounds that I was able to participate in, I revisited and tried to make one icon from every anime I'd claimed in previous rounds. There are a few extras thrown in as well though!

Cutting it close this time around at anime20in20! It's the second-to-the-last round, and celebrating with Howl's Moving Castle. It's one of my favorite books, and Studio Ghibli did a great job bringing it to life (although there is some creative licence that may bother purists).

This round at anime20in20 I got to choose a pairing for a set, so I went with my original OTP, Inuyasha and Kagome~ It feels like forever since I pulled out my Inuyasha screencaps, so it was a lot of fun to relax and make these!

Whew, this round went way too fast for me! Haruka Naru Toki no Naka de has beautiful artwork, and I really like the characters in the series, so here's my set for anime20in20~ My favorites are quite obvious...

I've always considered Natsume Yuujinchou a "summertime" anime. Every summer I try to do a rewatch of the series. It's already autumn, but for some reason the artwork was still calling out for me to icon more, so what better than to do a set for anime20in20!
