I totally did the telemarketing / customer service thing this summer. I gave the little bastards their SAT scores. Let me just say that it sucks majorly. But I've never really been a phone person. I could handle it except for the fact that ETS is fucking psycho regarding monitoring your calls and every single thing that's on your screen. Plus all the time restrictions. Ugh.
