“You must be glad to see this, I suppose,” He said while shuffling through David’s papers that were piled onto his desk.

David raised a perfectly chiseled eyebrow at him, tearing away his eyes from the sheet of paper he was working on and focusing them on the newspaper.

that's okay about being a mean author. jason tends to get the short end of the sticks...always the subject of torture by all these great writers. i don't think it'll have the same impact if it were someone else in 'silent screams'. that story gave me the chills. great job!
