Piper returned to the east attic after Business Law and flopped down on the couch. She contemplated taking a nap before her next class.

First, she had to talk to Veronica. She really hoped she was around.

Veronica came back to the room after ACJ, still sticky and annoyed.

"Did you get my note about the shower?" she asked with a frown when she saw Piper.

"You think it's gremlins?" Veronica asked, giving her roommate a puzzled look.

"Gremlins... or something else. Think someone might have cursed you or something? This only seems to be happening around you..."

Veronica bit her lip. "It's kind of a weird thing to curse someone with, don't you think?" she asked. "I guess... maybe Professor Skeeter did something to me in retaliation for what we said in the column?"

"Yes, very weird. And gross." Piper shook her head. "How about I make the coffee until we figure out how to fix it?"

"That's probably a good idea," Veronica agreed. "Oh no! We have to figure out how to fix it fast. I'm still all sticky!"

"I'll try to see if I can do anything. Though I don't really know of any NyQuil reversal spells..." She gave Veronica a sympathetic glance. "Until then, try to remain calmish?"

"It's not your fault," Veronica said with a sigh. Then she narrowed her eyes at her roommate. "Unless you have something against me I don't know about."
