Wegmans has a pretty decent organic pre-chopped/washed produce section at my local store.

The Trader Joe's and Whole Foods around me do tend to have pre-chopped organic veggies, so definitely look there. Any store that has an emphasis on organics will probably have them. (Around me, there's also Earth Fare and Fresh Thyme.)
