Have you looked at Serious Eats? They have lots of sides from easy to elaborate, and pretty much everything I've cooked from their recipes has been delicious. I mean, 50-100, and only 1 or 2 we would not make again delicious!

A roasted veg thing would look pretty fancy, nd could be made ahead and warmed up. And there's some salads in their Thanksgiving that wouldnt even need warming up.

I am not an employee, I just really like their recipes.

Acorn squash stuffed with wild rice? Or to make it easier to serve, wild rice with roasted squash, dried cranberries, and pecans

I don't know how your group feels about Brussels sprouts, but most of my family likes them. I think that broccoli or cauliflower could substitute in this recipe.
