Another Rum Ball Help

Hello, I'm hoping you all can help me. I lost my rum ball recipe and can't find one online that is similar. I know I used vanilla waffers but I did NOT use corn syrup. All I'm finding online is corn syrup rum balls. I know I didn't bake them, and probably omitted nuts, if they were in the recipe to begin with. Thanks for the help.

Did your recipe use evaporated milk? This recipe from Allrecipes doesn't use corn syrup but has evaporated milk: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/brandy-or-rum-balls/

Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't use evaporated milk either, I've only used a can milk once for chocolate chess pie and can't remember if that was condensed or evaporated. Thank you for the recipe, I may use this one since it doesn't have corn syrup.

I used this recipe, and I didn't have enough ground almonds, so I substituted crushed nilla wafers for half of it. Delicious
