Question about Chocolate Ganache

It's my sisters birthday tomorrow and my mum has asked me to bake a cake for her

Refrigerating it should work fine, but if you're really worried you could just head for your mom's a little early and frost the cake there?

Unfortunately not. I've put the ganache on and fridged it! We'll see how it goes.

Honestly, that'll probably be fine :) Most cakes will survive for some time in the fridge after they're frosted.
