it was very tasty. it was demolished quicker than it took to make it lol. i'm not very keen on eggplant. i dont mind it in curries but it's not my favourite.
I've had zucchini battered with chickpea flour and Indian spices and deep fried. Of course, I'd eat rubber bands that have been battered and deep fried. :) But they were good. NOT something I'd ever go to the trouble of making myself but I'll eat then on a buffet or at someone else's table. As to eggplant, I once bought a small purple one which sat so long in my crisper that I finally threw it out because I knew I wasn't going to cook it after all. It was still good so that wasn't what turned me off.
