Quick Tomato Baked Eggs Skillet Supper

I know some of you are going to say, “Well, yeah, obviously,” to this little recipe (if it can be called that), but I felt pretty smooth when I thought it up last night. But wait- I've read that you shouldn't cook tomatoes or other acidic foods in cast iron?

Oops -- I had never heard anything about that, but I just googled and apparently it can strip the seasoning. I re-season after every use, but I'm still going to add a note since the photo is in cast iron. Thanks -- learn something new every day!
