What do you when you get snowed in over the weekend? Make chicken pot pie! Actually, you make two chicken pot pies and bring one to your mom because she called while you were in the middle of making the first one.

One question-what size bag of corn was it? I gather about a 10 oz. or so?

Thanks! Yes, I think it was a 10 oz. bag. I would say "the small size" but my grocery store only offers the one size. Hope that helps :)

And one more question: If you use crescent dough, do you cook it in advance as well, or just fill & bake it raw?

When I've used crescent dough before, I only do a top crust but I bake it raw. You knead the crescent roll dough into a ball and then roll it out to fit your pie pan. The cook time is about 20 minutes at 350°F. If you're going to use it as a bottom dough as well then yeah, you'd probably want to prebake it as well so it doesn't get soggy. I'd say probably 3-5 minutes or so.
