That's some beautiful presentation. I so much prefer goat cheese when it's a little warm.

And the jam seems really interesting. The sweetest thing I've ever paired goat cheese with is a sour green apple with a little honey on a baguette (with some black pepper).

oh, me too! it develops its flavor and texture so beautifully when you warm it up! try it with something really sweet, it's very much worth it.
