It would! You can make it work with most berries too but you might need to add a little liquid to help it reach the right consistency.

FYI- I just made it again with papaya, I just added more lime juice, (cause I like lime with papaya) I agree that you can make it with many different fruits.

How funny. I love Midori too, I think it was the first alcohol I got drunk from, it's so delicious I think I could drink the whole bottle.
