No answer for you, just a question..I'm confused, I guess- I thought curds were either natural yogurt or precheese stuff? what would these be, with the egg?

I'm guessing OP means Orange curd or Lemong Curd. Almost like a pudding, but citrus based.

These are curds mainly made with citrus fruits. Typically they are fruit and/or juice, egg yolks, sugar, and butter. I use them for cake fillings and instead of jams sometimes. Lemon curd is awesome on warm scones.

I Googled "vegan lemon curd recipe", and this one came up with coconut milk and cornstarch - http://vegnews.com/articles/page.do?pageId=3038&catId=10. There's also this one - http://www.grouprecipes.com/38383/eggless-lemon-curd.html - that uses only water, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Hope this helps!
