Congrats and thanks for the recipe! I love pepper jelly and I've finally gotten over my fear of canning (I had to teach myself!) and I look forward to trying this.
Hope you love it! It was thinner than I expected but perfect for glopping over the cream cheese crackers -- but you can use 2 pks of pectin for a thicker jelly consistency. I hope you love it! I dig the flavor so much.
