Congrats and thanks for the recipe! I love pepper jelly and I've finally gotten over my fear of canning (I had to teach myself!) and I look forward to trying this.

Hope you love it! It was thinner than I expected but perfect for glopping over the cream cheese crackers -- but you can use 2 pks of pectin for a thicker jelly consistency. I hope you love it! I dig the flavor so much.

Congrats! Your posts are always fantastic, even if what you are preparing is not something I like or would eat.

And it's only hoarding if it is interfering in a non-trivial way with your life, or the lives of others in your household, otherwise, it's stockpiling. :D
