Swedish oven pancake with bacon and lingonberry jam

This is my take on a typical Swedish dish.
The original recipe does not contain onion and has salted pork instead of bacon, but I find this one better so I thought I'd share it with anyone interested.

What you'll need:
roasting pan or ovenproof dish, bowl, whisk, knife, frying pan, cutting board

1 cup wheat flour
2,5 cups milk

A wonderfully hearty dish. The combination of the rich bacon served with sweet lingonberry jam satisfies both sweet and savoury tastes.
