This sounds amazing - I've recently started a love affair with pesto, & my favourite use is on pizza instead of the normal sauce :D
I am going to have to make this

I love pesto and had so much spinach... Now I'm making pesto out of everything, lol. I love pesto on pizza instead, especially with sun dried tomatoes.
