Butter Chicken/Murgh Makhani recipes?

Hey cooking!

I've come to pick your brain. My gent loves a good butter chicken/murgh mahkani and I'd like to wow him with some! :D I've got a pretty well-stocked spice cupboard, but live in a big city so getting other spices won't be a problem, if necessary.

So, any tried and true recipes? All my usual outlets are giving me too many choices!

I have a wonderful recipe that I use, and which can be found on my blog. I've used chicken instead of tofu--there are instructions for chicken in the recipe.

There was a butter chicken recipe posted on foodgawker within the last few days. It looked pretty good but I didn't have most of the ingredients so I didn't save it. I'm pretty sure you could find it there easily enough, though.
