with an oven that heats the bottom excessively, you might want to invest in Airbake bakeware. It is manufactured with an airspace on the bottom to prevent burning. I had them for my old oven; the one I have now bakes more evenly but I still prefer my airbake cookie sheets.
I have an air bake pan but it has not yet been located.
The method is really simple: Freeze your butter, then grate/shred it in your food processor and add to recipe. No need to cut in at all(a task I seriously dislike)!
If not, I thought you'd like to know they're lifting your content. You can try sending a sternly worded message (something about "remove this copyrighted content immediately") and they might take it down!
I got a pingback from them, and since they didn't include the photos they referred to, it looked fishy! I looked at their other entries too -- they're all piped in from other blogs. So lame! I sent a strongly worded message of my own :)
