What are your favorite seasonings and methods for roasting pumpkin seeds?

I've done it before, but I'd love to try something out-of-this-world this year!

herbs and spices: seasonings

nothing crazy or unique, just seasoning salt, S&P, garlic powder. but no reason adding a dash of curry and cumin wouldn't be tasty too :)

I just made a recipe from Good Food Fast: lime juice, chili powder, and salt. Delicious!

We coat them with butter and then add either worstershire sauce or Lawry's Seasoning salt, or hot sauce (buffalo seeds)... or a combination of the above or all three. :)

We always did Lawry's - but worcestershire sauce sounds just delicious!!!

I haven't made pumkpin seeds this year(yet) but I did make an awesome bunch of delicata squash seeds. Rinse, let them soak in slightly salted water(few hours or overnight) then drain. I tossed them(about 1/2 cup) with a little pure maple & cinnamon and then dehydrated them(you could roast as well).

OMG they were awesome, I am making more this weekend!!
