What is candiquik? Is it a type of chocolate that melts really easily? Like cooking chocolate?

I wonder if you can find regular chocolate bark, though -- a different or generic brand. Look for something that says "chocolate candy coating" or "chocolate bark."

Something I really love to do is make thumbprint cookies and fill them with the oddest-sounding jellies/jams I can find.

For (Canadian) Thanksgiving I brought a mixed batch with jellies I got at a plantation during our summer roadtrip. We had Tequila, Fuzzy Navel, Muscadine, Georgia Moonshine and (the best one) Corn Cob jellies.

My family was suitably impressed.

I've had lovely, really rich fudgy brownies, cut into tiny inch square cubes.

This. But if you think brownies aren't enough to impress, top them with Coconut Pecan Frosting, white chocolate mint ganache, or nutella frosting.
