cucumbers?

From our CSA box, we received Armenian as well as some small, round cucumbers.  I don't care for cucumbers on a good day, and I don't care for raw vegetables either, so while the boyfriend makes himself a salad from one of them, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do with the other? I don't eat pork products and would prefer something

This. I love cucumbers, but my vine produced too many for us to eat towards the end of it's life, and I pickled them. It was really easy to do refriderator pickles, and they turned out super yum.

I know you said you don't like raw vegetables, but do you like raw tomatoes? If you do, you can hide the cucumbers in gazpacho.
