This has nothing to do with your question, since I don't own either of those machines (*sadface*), but you spelled the tags wrong. It's "appliances". I only mention it because tags are there forever on the tags page <3
Ha! Thanks, I was looking at it thinking it didn't look right..that's what happens with two days without sleep! LOL I'll fix it when I get home, thank you.
The thing I make most often in my bread machine is pizza dough. Here's my fave recipe.
1 cup + 2 tbsp water 2 tbsp olive oil 1.5 cups bread flour 1.5 cups whole wheat flour (or white whole wheat if you don't want it to look brown) 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 tbsp italian seasoning 1tsp sugar 1tsp salt 2.5 tsps of bread machine yeast (comes in a jar & can be found by flour in the supermarket)
Put the ingredients in like this: all wet items first, then dry, then make a well in the dry ingredients and drop in the yeast. Set the machine to the dough cycle. When the dough is done divide it in half and pat each portion into a pizza pan. Top with your favorite pizza accoutrements and bake at 400 degrees til done. Makes 2 pizzas worth of dough.

I have had a mixer for more than 10 years. Until I learned to make french silk pie, i used it once.
*Note my kitchenaid is about 45 years old (confirmed it was manufactured before 1962 sometime) and was a hand-me-down. I know, travesty, still.
