Ha, as I look at these pictures I can't help but think it's a turkey version of a Playboy spread, lmao..I think someone spiked my gravy. ;)

I'm completely sober and I thought the same thing just glancing at the picture. =p Well, my thought was "That poor turkey looks SO indecent!". Close enough for jazz, right?

I'm so going to do this next year...or whenever we cook a turkey again.

This is how we do our turkey every year. We also cook it on a rack with the stuffing underneath it, so the turkey juices go into it :) It's the BEST way to cook a bird!

I've spatchcocked whole chickens for the bbq under a brick a bunch of times and in the oven. Don't why I never thought of doing a turkey though. Thanks for the idea. :)
