Are radish greens edible?
On a related note, I made an incredible sandwich tonight...fresh baguette, butter, thinly sliced radishes, salt, Jarlsberg cheese and greens. Daaaamn.
help: is it edible

I've never eaten* them directly. I do know that they are a wonderful addition to veggie stock.
*(it's late and my bad grammar alarm is going off but I don't trust it)

Thanks everyone! It seemed like such a shame to toss them...I think I'll try adding them to pasta, since they're full-grown, not sprouts, and probably have very strong flavor. Thanks again!
