Seeking Fondue Recipe

Does anyone hava recipe for Foundue??? When I was a child my mom made fondue regularly.. It was one of my fovorite meals as a child cuz I was one of those kids who wouldn't eat anything!!! I want to try it to see if its as good as I remember..

What kind of fondue are you looking for? Cheese? Oil? Chocolate? Other?

I would love to do a broth fondue sometime. I just feel icky after oil fondue.

You're going to need to be more specific. This is kind of like saying "My mom used to make cookies. Does anyone know how to make cookies like my mom's?" without telling us anything about the cookies ( ... )

I'm not sure of any other indicators of what it was.. I was young.. If anyone has a recipe for ANY kind I will be glad to try it

Hmm....you are probably thinking of the swiss cheese fondue that most people made?

2 cups grated swiss cheese
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup dry white wine (or you can use apple juice like my mom did)
garlic powder to taste

Mix flour and cheese together. Heat wine to a simmer, and slowly whisk in cheese until melted and incorporated. Add garlic powder to taste, and transfer to fondue pot.

My mom did this one - sometimes with cheddar cheese, and chocolate fondue, which I found out later was just melted chocolate chips...lol
