The recipe sounds yummy, but that picture of the dead pig, hmm...not-so-much.

Can you please put the second pic behind a cut? A bunch of corpulent men around a trussed up hog is not my idea of "good eats." Thanks.

The photo doesn't bother me. If you can't handle seeing such images, you probably shouldn't be eating said meats/products.

I didn't say I couldn't handle it...but it could be seriously disturbing to some people. I know that there are vegetarians on this board as well.

Besides, it's in the comm rules:
3. Posting... using cut tags... please put posts and recipes behind cut tags if they are 1) exceptionally long, 2) have accompanying photos [at least put the photos behind the tags], or 3) oversized font sizes are used. Otherwise, please be aware that this community is for discussion of cooking and for posting recipes, and the majority of those recipes are not required to be behind cut tags.
