I made lemon butter mussels for starters, and a rosemary & mint lamb chops for main. It was a delicious meal, and something i wanna whip up again real soon. def one of my better creations.
You're from Singapore. My sister and dad are there right now visiting family, and I told my sister to bring me back a cookbook.
Do you know of a REALLY REALLY good cook book on Singapore food? I have tonnes sitting around my house but they're all outdated and use really weird measurements. Stuff from the 70s and 80s when they suggested to cook with lard.
Hi Andrew, ask your sis and dad to visit Borders...they have a cookbook there titled Mrs Lee Something something...
If you ask the borders assistant, they will know it. Just say...can i have a copy of Mrs Lee cookbook. It is all on local singaporean dishes. it is very famous, they will know it. It is a hardcover book. There are two volumes, i have only got vol 1 and it is good :)
