I've been browsing the memories section, looking for something different to fix for dinner. We feel like we eat the same stuff over and over....

I like tuna casserole, and my husband can't stand tuna-fish. Do you think that maybe you could replace the can of tuna with a can of shrimp or something like that instead?

sure, any precooked protein will do fine. Smoked turkey is good in a casserole; just ask for a thick slice of it at your deli.

Shrimp's a little on the delicate side for a casserole, it gets chewy if cooked too much. All of the other suggestions should work great, though. Use whatever meat you've got around, hamburger, leftover chicken, canned salmon would work fine.
