I tried searching the memories; wasn't a lot there regarding tofu.

Wanna try stuffed tofu, and I have a recipe I like, but I thought I'd check here first.

Any suggestions?

You should try the lj community vegancooking (all one word). In their memories they have a TON of Tofu recipes, including stuffed Tofu I think. Check it out!
