Your sushi looks a thousand times better than mine. I finally learned that the best way to deal with the rice is to keep a bowl of water around and keep your fingers wet with it.
I have not made sushi in about 3 years, I think I'll have to break out my stuff and try it again.
That is exactly what we did. We kept a bowl of water with us and dampened our fingers each time we touched the rice. We also dampened the knife in between each cut.
Yes, well, there was a wee avocado abduction. My brother came downstairs right after I took the picture and took the avocado for his dinner. He saved just enough for MiaBella. So MiaBella's roll was the only one to have any avocado and the rest had cucumber.
