cook chopped chicken thru in oil and then move to another pan with all the juices. in the pan used to cook the chicken add a can of crushed tommies, corriandor, cumin, cayenne, tumeric,chopped ginger root, garlic, and a whole chopped yellow onion. salt to taste. bring to light boil then add chicken. sprinkle with curry powder and chopped cilantro, cook for 20 minutes on med heat covered. pour over basmati rice (or minute white rice if you're on a time crunch). to make a simple rita, just mix together in a food processor, yougart and chopped and seeded cucumber with a pinch of dill ( i used vanilla yougart to give it an extra sweetness). serve with warmed nann (if you don't have nann avail in the stores near you, baked pita works well too).
