So. My splitting headache came back from New York yesterday. We smashed our heads together when we simultaneously tried to quote the Never Ending Story to ridicule a scene from the Golden Compass (which by the way sucked to no end). Finals are over. I'm enjoying sprawling around doing nothing... which actually isn't too much different from what I did this semester.

Golden Compass is amazing. Mostly because I haven't been into any books lately, so I'm impressed that this one actually got my attention. Especially since I can't usually read fantasy without killing myself. Is anyone else bothered by the commercials that Always is putting out? Like, a pad riding on a roller coaster? Or a pad on a mechanical bull? I mean, I'm a girl.... and I think it's hilarious just because it's so strange. But I'm still weirded out.

This is really early in the morning for me, but I really can't sleep.

Albany and Boston were pretty cool. I had fun, but I would have had fun anywhere as long as it was with KT and Trent <3. It was an odd experience because everyone in Albany was extremely nice and happy. I wonder if it has to do with the fact that it's not touristy like Boston ( ( Read more... )

I feel like I could just float around and land anywhere and it wouldn't matter because I could deal with it. It doesn't really matter what happens, because I don't seem to have much control in my life, but at the same time, that doesn't matter much because whatever happens, I can probably handle it and be happy with it. Anyone remember Mrs. Horn from WPHS? Because about four hours ago I drank three white russians with her while she drank a few beers (in addition to taking a break for a smoke).
