I think that might've been one of those "bonzai kittens" I read about once... These people would put cats into little jars, and as they grow, their bones and structures get forced into the shape of the bottle. They don't ever get to move or anything. I dunno how you feed em, either. Looks like that one broke out, though. Then again, maybe it's something a little less disturbing.
