Pumpkin Cheesecake

Just in time for Thanksgiving, I present to you, Pumpkin Cheesecake.

Here's the list of ingredients:

Crust
2 ¼ cups of graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup of sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves
¾ cups of unsalted butter, melted
Filling
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg

I love pumpkin cheesecake. :)

If you bake it in a water bath next time, you're much less likely to crack! :)

That is a really odd thing to be doing with the pumpkin, never seen that before. I assume taht is to cut down on the moisture but I figured all recipes compensate for that?

Yes, it's to cut down on the moisture. It seems to be the best way to keep the batter from being too runny.

I love pumpkin stuff and love cheesecake, so this looks perfect to me :)
I've never seen canned pumpkin in the shops here, but I imagine I can just use fresh.
