Apple Loaf

The wife of a guy I work with makes these quite often now that the apples are in season. I got the recipe and made it tonight. It is easy, and I had everything but the apples. A quick trip to the orchard and it is very yummy. Here it is :

Definitely do. Wolfie has just about eaten one and they weren't out of the oven when he got home from work. That is high praise :)

Ohhh, it is. Do try it. It is easy to make and easy to eat. It does freeze well too. I have some sliced up and in portions sized bags.
