I made something very like this last night with tuna rather than salmon. Mine had cherry tomatoes added. It's very good.

Yep, it would be good with tuna too, I'm sure! And yum, cherry tomatoes. Variation is grand!

Ahh, this sounds perfect for tonight. It is hot, and I don't feel like cooking.
