Ooh, I'll have to try. I love the combination of beans and spinach, and we usually go Indian - this will be a nice difference! Plus, Jose Andres seems like he knows his stuff, I'll be interested to taste it.

It's delish, I have to say. We're having this tomorrow for dinner, with rice and kohlrabi and fruit salad, I think. Which will mean all I have to cook tomorrow is the kohlrabi, whee!
